On the breakfast menu: homemade apple juice, yoghurt and eggs from the local farm, artisan bread, homemade granola made by Eloïse Monzies, jams and extra honey.
On the OYAT Braséro-plancha, made in France, you can warm up by the fire for a romantic and cocooning evening while grilling your dinner.
Composed of meat (beef or veal depending on the season: sausages and marinated butcher's cut) or the delicious goat from the Billon-Sabatier farm for the vegetarian option. Accompanied by organic seasonal vegetables and delicious barbecue sauces, mustard and ketchup.
The meat comes from the Brocquerie farm, whose cattle graze on the good Sologne grass in summer and hay in winter. The farm produces quality meat using sustainable agriculture.
