For the meat option: sausages and marinated beef or veal, depending on the season, from the Brocquerie farm.
The cattle of the Brocquerie farm graze on the good grass of Sologne in the summer and on hay in the winter. It produces quality meat using sustainable agriculture.
For the vegetarian option you can taste the delicious goat cheese from the Billon-Sabatier farm to melt and caramelise on the plancha.
